I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you completed the registration form but haven't received your confirmation email, don't worry. There are several simple steps you can take to resolve this issue.

1. Check your spam and junk folders

This is the most common reason for missing confirmation emails:

• Open your email client (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.)
• Look for the "Spam" or "Junk" folder
• Search for emails from "pickeenoo.com" or "team@pickeenoo.com"
• If you find the confirmation email there, mark it as "Not Spam" and click the confirmation link
• Add team@pickeenoo.com to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered

Email providers sometimes automatically filter registration emails, especially if it's the first time you're receiving mail from a new domain.

2. Check your promotions or social tabs (Gmail users)

If you use Gmail, emails are automatically sorted into categories:

• Look in the "Promotions" tab (not just Primary inbox)
• Check the "Social" tab as well
• Search for "Pickeenoo" or "confirmation" in the search bar
• If found, you can drag the email to your Primary inbox and click the link

3. Wait a few more minutes

Sometimes email delivery is delayed:

• Email servers can be slow during high traffic periods
• Wait 5-10 minutes before taking further action
• Refresh your inbox periodically
• The confirmation email usually arrives within 2 minutes, but delays up to 15 minutes can occur

4. Verify the email address you entered

A typo in your email address will prevent delivery:

• Think back to when you filled out the registration form
• Did you spell your email correctly?
• Common mistakes: extra letters, wrong domain (.com vs .net), missing characters
• If you made a typo, you'll need to register again with the correct email address
• Unfortunately, there's no way to edit the email on an unconfirmed account

5. Try to log in to trigger a new confirmation email

This is often the fastest solution:

• Go to https://www.pickeenoo.com/cb-login
• Enter your username and password (the ones you chose during registration)
• Try to log in even though your account isn't confirmed yet
• The system will detect that your email is unconfirmed
• It will automatically send you a NEW confirmation email
• Check your inbox again (including spam folders)

This method works even if the original email was lost or never delivered.

6. Check your email provider's settings

Some email settings can block registration emails:

• Check if your email provider has strict spam filters or rules
• Temporarily disable aggressive spam filtering
• Make sure your inbox isn't full (some providers block new emails when storage is full)
• Check if "pickeenoo.com" is accidentally on a blocked sender list
• Add team@pickeenoo.com and noreply@pickeenoo.com to your safe sender list or address book

7. Try a different email address

If all else fails, you can register again with a different email:

• Use a different email address (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, ProtonMail, etc.)
• Go to https://www.pickeenoo.com/community/registers
• Fill in the registration form with the same information but your new email
• Make sure to use a different username if the original one was already taken
• This time, watch your inbox carefully (including spam folders)

8. Contact support for manual activation

If none of these steps work, our support team can help:

• Email team@pickeenoo.com with the subject "Confirmation email not received"
• Include the following information:
- The username you chose during registration
- The email address you used (verify spelling)
- When you registered (date and approximate time)
- Which troubleshooting steps you've already tried
• Our team will manually verify and activate your account within 24 hours (usually much faster)
• You'll receive a confirmation reply when your account is active

9. Common reasons for missing confirmation emails

Understanding why emails go missing can help prevent future issues:

• Spam filters – The most common cause (check spam folders first)
• Typo in email address – Double-check spelling during registration
• Full inbox – Some email providers block new messages when storage is maxed out
• Overly aggressive security settings – Corporate or school emails often have strict filters
• Temporary server issues – Rare but can cause delays
• Email provider blocks – Some providers are cautious with automated emails

10. Prevention tips for future registrations

To avoid email issues next time:

• Use a reliable email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo work best)
• Add team@pickeenoo.com to your contacts BEFORE registering
• Disable aggressive spam filters temporarily during registration
• Double-check your email spelling before clicking submit
• Watch your inbox immediately after registration (don't wait)
• Keep a separate email specifically for online accounts and registrations

IMPORTANT: If you registered with a typo in your email address, the confirmation email will never arrive because it's being sent to an address that doesn't exist. In this case, you must register again with the correct email address. Your original username might be taken, so choose a different one.

QUICK FIX: 90% of missing email issues are solved by checking spam folders or trying to log in (which triggers a new email). Try these two steps first before contacting support.

NEED HELP? If you've tried all troubleshooting steps and still haven't received your confirmation email after 30 minutes, contact team@pickeenoo.com with your username and email address. We'll manually activate your account and investigate the delivery issue.
